Cryogenic centrifugal pump

Cryogenic centrifugal pump with small flow and high head
Application Scope

The SLP - 13/130 is a cryogenic centrifugal loading and unloading pump with small flow and high head. Many tank trucks and tank containers on the market have a liquid outlet of DN40. If a centrifugal pump with a liquid inlet of DN65 is used, it will cause insufficient liquid intake and thus cavitation. To meet the needs of such users, our company has developed and manufactured a small - caliber single - suction directly - connected centrifugal pump, which has well solved this problem. Since the head is higher than that of ordinary centrifugal pumps, it can be competent for the filling of 16 - kg high - pressure tanks and tank trucks. At the same time, it is equipped with a frequency converter, which can better adjust the rotation speed to achieve a higher outlet pressure and flow. It is used for the filling and transfer of cryogenic liquid tank trucks such as liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, liquid argon, and liquefied natural gas.

Performance Characteristics

- Compact and simple structure.
- The volute and impeller are made of high - performance copper alloy to ensure safety in liquid oxygen working conditions.
- The mechanical seal is mature, reliable, has strong cavitation resistance, a long service life, and is easy to install.
- High - strength cryogenic stainless - steel shaft.
- The impeller and rotor have passed dynamic and static balance tests to ensure the stability of the rotor.
- A variable - frequency motor can be selected to cover a wide flow range and head.
